Symptoms

On : 11.5.10.2 version, Configuration Process

Configuration Creation Error while trying to progress the order to create Configured item.

We are getting Config BOM cannot be created while trying to progress the order to create Configured item.

L_MSG_DATA=Error - Configuration will not be created as Config BOM was not created in any org for MODEL xxx-PLATFORM
Action - Enable the 'Config BOM Creation allowed' BOM parameter for atleast one Manufacturing org.

Error at loc2 while de-linking po : ORA-06531: Reference to uninitialized collection

1. Enter order for config item and run autocreate config item.
