Receive Two POs Into Same LPN & When One PO Is Returned To Supplier Another PO Cannot Inspect (Doc ID 1566976.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Inbound Processing, Receipt Inspections

When attempting to perform Receipt Inspection the following error occurs.

Error Message: Inspect failed. please check log for details


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1. Set profile "WMS: Express Returns" to NO.
2. Created 2 POs <PO 1> <PO 2> with the same item (Lot item:<ITEM>) and same quantity.
3. Receive the 2 POs into one LPN:<LPN 1>
4. Return the 2nd PO <PO 2> for complete Qty
5. Confirm the return on mobile devices
6. Inspect the LPN and hit the error message

Error Message: Inspect failed. please check log for details
