On : 11.5.10.2 version, Service Request Form

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In the Find Service Request form, for the Task Assignee Name field, the LOV only shows Assignee Name and no additional way to further differentiate employees with the same name.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
There should be additional columns to clearly identify each resource, even when they have the same name.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Employee moved from 1 operating unit to another.
2. Setup the necessary resources in the new operating unit.
3. When querying SR, in the Task Assignee Name field, list of values displaying only the name hence, multiple resources with the same name are listed.
