R12 FA Period Is Not Tied Back In Projects Using PRC: Tieback Asset Lines From Oracle Assets (Doc ID 1567068.1)

Goal

As noted in <bug 13697900>, we have many project asset lines with the FA period missing with a Transferred status (FA_PERIOD_NAME is not populated in PA_PROJECT_ASSET_LINES_ALL for records with TRANSFER_STATUS_CODE of 'T').
We just discovered this issue because we want to use the FA_PERIOD_NAME field in Discoverer reports.
The PRC: Tieback Asset Lines from Oracle Assets should be populating this data.
In addition, we have numerous rejected lines with various rejection reasons and other pending records.

We would like the following:
1. A fix to populate the FA Period Name (and Asset Number for a couple of the records) for all project asset lines with a Transfer status.
2. Direction as to how the rejected lines and pending records should be fixed.

There is no workaround to address this data issue and we are unable to provide several reports the Business has requested that relies on this data.
