Supplier Advance Search Errors With 'No values were specified for any indexed attributes' (Doc ID 1567269.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Supplier Admin Issues

In Supply Base - Advance Search - search Search Context: Business Classification the following error occurs.

Error

No values were specified for any indexed attributes. Enter at least one indexed attribute to perform a search and a valid operator to make the 'index' usable. Valid operators for an indexed attribute are : is, starts with, greater than, less than, after, and before. If you choose a 'contains' or 'ends with' operator, the indexing on that attribute is ignored.

 
Same error occurs selecting other search context from LOV.

Due to this issue, search does not work as expected


Steps To Reproduce

1. Log in and access Purchasing.
2. Select Supply Base.
3. Click Advanced search.
4. Search Context: Business Classification.
5. The reported error is presented.
