APXPCER_XMLP Period Close Exceptions Report (XML) Completes in Error: trigger 'beforeReportTrigger' returns status as 'false' (Doc ID 1567395.1)

The APXPCER_XMLP module: Period Close Exceptions Report (XML), completes in Error with the following in the log file.

The "AP_ALL_NOT_OPEN_PERIOD" is the clue to the solution.



  1. Navigate to submit request window in Payables Responsibility
  2. Select request "Period Close Exceptions Report (XML)"
  3. Do not enter any value for parameter -  or - select a closed period
  4. Submit the request
  5. Request fails status Error
