Trying to create an manual intercompany journal in GL

There are two ledgers.

LEDGER ONE
Legal Entity = LEGAL ENTITY ONE is assigned,
To which Balancing Segment Value (BSV) A is assigned.

LEDGER TWO
LEGAL ENTITY TWO is assigned,
To which BSV B is assigned.

Intercompany rules have been setup that allow BSV B to transact with BSV A.

The application user creating the manual intercompany journal, in the journal entry screen (GLXJEENT) has access to both ledgers - LEDGER ONE and LEDGER TWO.

When entering the following information on the Enter Journals form they get the following error :
Ledger: LEDGER ONE
Period : MON-YY
Line 1: account code combination: A.XXX.XXX
Line 2: account code combination: B.XXX.XXX

Error
------
