Complex PO Receipts Are Staying In Pending Status Due To Error RVTBM-120, After Work Confirmation Approval WC Status Is Not Changed to Processed

Symptoms
Complex PO receipts are staying in PENDING status.
After work confirmation approval, work confirmation status is not changed to Processed, it is still in Approved status.
When checked automatic submission of Receiving Transaction Processor has failed as per the log below:

Steps:
1- Create a Complex PO with Fixed price service type, Pay item type as Lumpsum
2- Approve a Complex PO.
3- Create Work Confirmation for above pay items
4- Run Receiving transaction processor.
5- No notification has been generated saying " Work Confirmation No.# requires your approval "

Can occur after applying a patch updating current version of POSVWCAB.pls or POSVWCCB.pls
