Hrglobal Failures During 12.1.3 Upgrade paygbbdefbal.ldt ORA-20001 (Doc ID 1567586.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, UK Payroll,

After 12.1.3 upgrade

When attempting to apply the hrglobal.drv file, the following error occurs.


  FAILED: file paygbbdefbal.ldt on worker 1.

 Error loading seed data for DEFINED_BALANCES: LEGISLATION_CODE = GB, BALANCE_NAME = Pension Qualifying Earnings, BALANCE_DIMENSION = _ASG_RUN, ORA-20001: You cannot set the
SAVE_RUN_BALANCE flag to 'N' or Null whilst valid run balances exist for the defined balance.

1. Apply u driver supplied patchset
2. Run data install to choose global and required legislations
3. adpatch hrglobal.drv and check log files.
