Asset Attribute LOV Returns Same Value Multiple Times In Advanced Search Page (Doc ID 1568042.1)

Symptoms

On Application Release 12.1.2, under Maintenance Super User responsibility:

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
On Asset Advanced Search page, the LOV associated to search element 'Attributes' is returning same value multiple times.

This is happening even after patch 14552096:R12.EAM.B has been applied.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expected is to have unique entries in the LOV content.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. navigate to Asset Advanced Search page
2. Ass search element "Attributes"

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, LOV content is misleading.
