When attempting to save changes to the personal information in iRecruitment of an external user, the following error occurs.

The party was not found. Please select a valid party.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to the external iRecruitment site.
2. Enter the user's email and password to log on.
3. Click on the 'My Account' link.
4. Update the personal information of the user.
5. Save the changes by clicking on the 'Save' button.
