When attempting to enter an item which is attached to a secondary price list
the following error occurs.

Duplicate price list lines:  Price List A And Price List A

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Create a sales order. Default price list is RETAIL PRICE LIST.

On the sales order lines, enter an item, qty and then tab - this kicks off the pricing engine...

Because the customer is not qualified for the default price list, it makes use of one of the secondary price lists and then looks to see if the customer qualifies for it, etc. eventually it finds the price list that the customer qualifies for and chooses that price list on the sales order line. All good so far, i.e. the system is finding the correct price list for the customer.

When the system looks at the price list for the price of the item, I get the error message.

Note: On the Price List A, there is item # 10-44-618 at a price of 260.40 (precedence 220). There is also an entry of All Items > All on the price list at a price of 0.00 (precedence 315)

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot enter and item that exists on the secondary price list and have a price retrieved
