Symptoms

When attempting to create a Legal Entity address the following error occurs.

ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called in Package xle_legal_address_swi Procedure create_legal_address


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Accounting Setup Manager (General Ledger Super User > Setup > Financials > Accounting Setup Manager > Accounting Setups
2. Create Legal Entity with a new legal address
