Find out that Sales Order can be created for an Asset which is already in Remarketed Status in Lease Management.

Steps to Reproduce
(R) Lease User
1/ Pick an asset which is in "Returned" status.
2/ make this "Available for Sale"
3/ check the On-Hand quantity in Inventory => this is zero
4/ run the "Inventory transaction worker" by launching the Material transaction manager.
5/ check again on-hand quantity in Inventory. Now it is 1, as expected
6/ Create a Sales Order and Booked it - as soon as you put the item on the order you get this message: "This record has a quantity of 1, please specify how should be in this sale" ==> choose 1 as qty
7/ book the order successfully
8/ run the "Inventory transaction worker" again and check on-hand item quantity. Now it is 0 ==> expected.
9/ Create another Sales Order with same item - you NO longer get this message: "This record has a quantity of 1, please specify how should be in this sale"
10/ Book the Sales Order ==> this is wrong but apparently you can book as many orders as you like
