Symptoms

Release 12.1.3 -- GLXIQACC drilldown not returning data after application of patch 13033945:R12.GL.B

When drilling down on journals in the GLXIQACC Account Inquiry form, if the adjustment period for that year is not included then transactions are returned, but if the adjustment period is included in the search parameters then no transactions are returned.
This happens for all adjusting periods.

The issue appeared after applying <patch 13033945>:R12.GL.B which delivers form GLXIQACC.fmb version 12.0.30.12010000.8
