Symptoms

Problem Description
---------------------------------------------------
'PO: Check Open Periods’ profile option is set as Yes at site level only.
While creating purchase order from Buyer Work Center HTML page, it is not validating whether 'need by date' falls within open/future period or not.
But the required validation is appearing for core purchasing form. It does not allow entry of need by date which is not under open/future period.
BWC should also validate.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
profile ‘PO: Check Open Periods’ is Yes only at site level.

1.

a. iProcurement responsibility > autocreate po from purchase requisition
b. enter need by date and promise date as future which is not present under open/future period
c. you can save, submit and approve the po

2.

a.purchasing superuser > create po
b. enter header information
c. while entering line information, enter need by date and promise date as future which is  not present under open/future period
d. system will not allow you to enter above date

Point 2 is working fine as required. Point 1 is not validating need by date.
