Trying to delete duplicate element links, get following error :

APP-PAY-06398 The element link is not mutually exclusive

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

Use responsibility :
Navigation: Total Compensation > Basic > Link

1. query element links for XXELEMENT
2. there are several exactly same links
3. try and delete duplicates
