ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In a Standard Costing environment, unexpected Batch Close Variances (CLS) are created for all Batches, even though All Plan and Actual quantities on the Batches are the same.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
No Batch Close Variances are expected when All Plan and Actual quantities on a Batch are the same.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1, Create and Close an OPM Batch ensuring that All Plan and Actual quantities on a Batch are the same.
2. Run OPM Pre-processor / Create Accounting
3  Run the Detailed Subledger Report to view the Batch postings.
