Following are the API and CP names customer can use:
API's
1) mtl_cross_references_pub.Process_XRef
2) mtl_related_items_pub.Process_Rel_Item
Concurrent Program :
1) Import Item Cross References(Interface table MTL_CROSS_REFERENCES_INTERFACE)
2) Import Related Items ( Interface table MTL_RELATED_ITEMS_INTERFACE)
Symptoms
When attempting to launch Import Item Cross-References request,
receive Application Emergency Message: "Message Dictionary couldn't open the "EGO application message file.
Message Dictionary Error- A file pathname could not be constructed for the application "EGO.
This error often indicates that the Application Basepath (e.g. FND_TOP) or Subdirectory (APPLMSG)
environment variables do not have a valid value."
ERROR
