Changing the Multi-Level in Setup Checklist is Not Updating Immediately (Doc ID 1568759.1)

Symptoms

The Setup Checklist has an issue with correcting the multi-level check boxes.

For Example:
In the past, you answered YES to the question:  Do you want to define the collection levels for Operating Unit?
Then you checked all the levels (because you didn't know any better).

Later, you decided you only wanted one level, but the boxes can't be unchecked.
You have to fake the system out with the following steps:

To get a level unset, you have to

Answer the following - Yes (if they changed it back to NO)
Do you want to define the collection levels for Operating Unit?

No checkboxes are visable

Then click on NEXT
Then click on BACK and the level checkboxes will be visable.
At this point, you can uncheck the boxes you do not want to use.

Click NEXT until you finish the pages.

Go back in and change the question to No
Do you want to define the collection levels for Operating Unit?

At this point only the level you want should be checked.

This is very confusing.
