Symptoms
On : 12.1.3 version, Latin Tax Engine
When attempting to enter a transaction using a customer imported by Customer Interface, the following error occurs.

APP-JL-62545: Please create the tax class details for the customer ship to address in the Customer Site Profile window. The required details are the Tax Category, Contributorr Condition, and Value that is set up in the Document Letter window.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Receivables Responsibility with Latin Tax Engine activated for Argentina
2. Go to Interfaces > Customers
3. Run customer interface
4. Go to Transactions > Transactions
5. Enter a transaction
.. get the error
