Symptoms
On Oracle Applications release 12.1.3:
Actual Behavior
PO workflow generates XML messages, but they are not sent to the supplier.
Expect Behavior
XML messages should be delivered to the supplier.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. XML transaction not sent to supplier.
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot send XML transactions.
