Symptoms

When attempting to reserve funds for a Purchase Order which has been created from a requisition, the following error occurs

ERROR

The subledger journal entry does not balance in the entered currency. Please verify the entered amounts on the journal entry lines.

GL BC Packets are empty. Event 145933 is not processed.


Steps to reproduce:

1.  Responsibility: Purchasing

2.  Navigate to: Purchase orders > Click on reserve, then above mentioned error prompt

Due to this issue, users unable to reserve and approve PO which leads failure in procurement demand
