Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Customer Support HTML

When the SLA fields are edited in the application, the details are not getting recorded in the log.

Steps to Replicate

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Customer Support Specialist >> Agent Dashboard >> Open a Service Request.
2. Enter the data in the SLA fields.
3. Save the data.
4. Now modify the data in the SLA fields.
5. Save and check, no data is recorded in the logs.
