The date values in the history section do not record the time details when the users enter the time details and edit the details in the field.

Steps to Replicate

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Customer Support Specialist >> Agent Dashboard >> Open a Service Request.
2. Enter the data in the SLA fields.
3. Save the data.
4. Now modify the data in the SLA fields.
5. Save and check, No time details are recorded.
