Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Checkout and Order Placement

When attempting to place an order using a pricing agreement the following error occurs.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Add a product to Cart:
2. Click Checkout:
3. Click Next:
4. Choose Invoice: click Next:
5. Get application error
