Symptoms

In R12:

Attempting to import invoices and credit memos. 
Some of the deferred invoices get duplicate UNEARN distributions created.
If credit memos are applied to these invoices, then they too will have duplicates.

There are 2 Cases in here:

CASE 1:
The transactions have duplicate UNEARN rows with rec_offset_flag=Y and do not have revenue_adjustment created against them.

CASE 2:
The transactions have duplicate UNEARN rows with rec_offset_flag=Y and also have  revenue_adjustment (RAM) created against them.
