Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Email Center Account

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Customer has an email center account showing 10 messages. When he selects the link the details page only shows 4 messages all unclassified

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The details page should show all 10 messages

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Email Center Agent
2. Home
3. Account
4. Select 10 to go through to the email details
