Symptoms
Oracle Applications release 12.1.3 using Oracle Alert,
when attempting to trigger on a customization alert in table AP_INVOICE_DISTRIBUTIONS_ALL, the following error occurs:
Checking Event Alert request completes with ERROR, and no error message in log file.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Define a trigger on customization alert on table AP_INVOICE_DISTRIBUTIONS_ALL.
2. Checking Event Alert request completes with the above error.
