Additional Location Languages are Not Available in iReceivables

Symptoms
You have enabled the language for Canadian French.
You are attempting to select Canadian French as the language in the Account page in iReceivables, to preview the invoice, but it is not available in the List of Values (LOV).
How can you add the additional language to the LOV?
The Customer Sites setup shows that the additional language has been setup.
