Symptoms

On : 12.0.2 version, US Payroll Year End

When attempting to run the the PSD Periodic Wage Listing. the following error occurs.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Added the PSD Reporting Rules
2. Ran the Year End Pre-Process
3. Ran the PSD Periodic Wage Listing with the Yearly time period.
The process seemed to run OK, but the output files never returned. Then, the job ended in Error after running for almost 24 hours.
