WSH_DELIVERIES_PUB.CREATE_UPDATE_DELIVERY Giving Grouping Attributes Do Not Match Error

Symptoms
On : 11.5.10.2 version, Open Interfaces & Public APIs
Using a mobile application that runs via MWA that makes calls to API APPS.WSH_DELIVERIES_PUB to create deliveries. This process has functioned without issue until they patched up to the mandated Minimum Patching Baseline level a couple of weeks ago. Now the API returns the following error:
API fails when certain shipping parameters are selected and works when only customer is selected.
So in Shipping Parameters>Grouping Attributes in the Delivery tab for Org.
API fails if the following check marked (YES):
Ship From Location, Customer, Freight Terms, FOB Code, Ship To Location, Ship Method.
