Symptoms

After capitalizing an asset from Project Costing into Fixed Asset module, a review is done in Prepare Mass Additions screen to post the asset. When clicking "Project Details" button the application is returning the following error message:

ORA-01403: no data found

FRM-40735: WHEN-NEW-FORM-INSTANCE trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-01403.
