When attempting to use extensible attributes in the Customer Support HTML application causes the below error.
Executing - "EGO_USER_ATTRS_DATA_PVT"."Get_Extension_Id_And_Mode" "ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character string buffer too small"
Steps to Reproduce
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create value sets for contact roles.
2. Add value sets with appropriate queries with person, contact and Telephone.
3. Add appropriate attributes and Groups.
4. Associate appropriate Service Request Types.
5. Associate appropriate pages.
Now, Open Customer Support HTML and create a service request.
Open the Service request and try to add the same values in two rows for the attributes.
The above mentioned error occurs.
