TeleService Error: 'APP-FND-00531 The amount NNN could not be correctly formatted' On The Charges Tab (Doc ID 1570487.1)

In the Charges tab of Service Request form is not possible to either to enter decimal values greater than two digits, nor change the Override Unit Price to have three digits after the decimal point.

When attempting to make this change the following error is created:

APP-FND-00531: The amount NNN could not be correctly formatted.
The correct format is 9999.99 or -9999.99.

Steps to Reproduce

(R) Service
(N) Service Requests > Create Service Request

- Query a SR
- Navigate to the Charges tab


Either enter the amount with decimals more then 4 digits like 2.3456

or go to the Pricing sub tab
and in the Override Unit Price column, try to update the value with more decimals.
