On : 12.0.6 version, Material Move Orders
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Customer reports Move Order Pick Slips to replenish Kanban cards in our assembly sub hangs and does not complete. It runs for days without completing.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect the move order pick slip to complete in a reasonable time.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run Move Order Pick Slip concurrent
2. Find that it does not complete in one particular subinventory
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot complete move order pick slip process.
