Cannot Cancel Sales Orders Even After User Enter The Correct Reason In "Cancel Line(s)" To Cancel the Line

Information in this document applies to any platform.
User can not cancel the sales order even after they enter Reason in cancel window.
The system tries to process the transaction but does not close this form "Cancel Line(s)".
If you get out of this screen, it doesn’t save the changes you made.
User expect to cancel the sales order upon entering the reason in form "Cancel Line(s)" and once
exist from the screen "Cancel Line(s)" change/cancel should be saved.
1. Open the Order Organizer window and Find Order Number 95
2. When the record is retrieved, go to the Lines tab and click on Action button. Select ‘Cancel’ from the list and click ‘Ok’ button
3. Select Reason from the List of Values and click ‘Ok’ button
4. The system tries to process the transaction but does not close this screen. If you get out of this screen, it doesn’t save the changes you made.
