Tracking Events Drop Down List of Values For Status issue (Doc ID 1571362.1)

Symptoms

The Issue:

Trying to enter tracking events. When Selecting the drop down list of values  for status, the only record that shows up is “Filing Response”.

This issue is seen when the following is completed:
Shipment Management>Shipment Management>Buy Shipments>
Select a shipment with status of “SECURE RESOURCES_ACCEPTED”
Actions>Events>Add Tracking Even
Select any of the “Responsible Party”
When selecting “Status”
Only Filing Response is showing in the List of Values

Additionally, if selecting any shipment with any type of Status and complete the Same as stated above, the List of Values is still only showing one Value
