Last updated on FEBRUARY 20, 2019

Applies to:

Oracle Receivables - Version 12.0.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

When creating a receipt manually using a receipt method of creation type=Automatic, Receipt maturity date changes to Invoice due date if the due date is after the receipt date.

Steps to Reproduce:

Responsibility: Receivables Manager
: Receipts->Receipts

  1. Create a receipt using receipt method of creation type=Automatic such as 'Automatic Receipts' or' Credit Card'
  2. Receipt maturity date originally defaults to Receipt date
  3. Now, apply the receipt to an invoice with due date after receipt date and save it
  4. Re-query the receipt and notice that maturity date is changed to invoice due date which is incorrect.
