Cannot add Accessorial Code in 'New Information Shipment

Symptoms
It is not possible to populate an Accessorial Code on the 'New Information Shipment Detailed Cost' screen.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect to be able to populate the Accessorial Code.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1 - Log onto an OTM 6.2 system.
2 - Create an Order Release.
3 - Planned the Order Release onto a Shipment.
4 - Edit the Shipment.
5 - Go to the Financials tab.
6 - Click 'New Informational Shipment Cost'.
7 - Enter the following:
Informational Cost Type: Display
Shipment Cost: 100
8 - Click 'New Information Shipment Detailed Cost'.
9 - Set 'Cost Type' to 'Accessorial'.
10 - It is not possible to enter an 'Accessorial Code.
