Last updated on DECEMBER 03, 2019

Applies to:

Oracle Receivables - Version 12.1.3 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.
EXECUTABLE:ARACCPB - Submit Accounting
EXECUTABLE:XLAGLTRN - Transfer Journal Entries to GL

You are using the concurrent program Create Accounting - XLAACCPB to account unprocessed transactions.

Users run Create Accounting and once finished the Subledger Period Close Exception report shows transactions and receipts in Status: Final.

You discover the user ran concurrent program Create Accounting with parameter 'Transfer to General Ledger' set to No.
When this parameter option value is chosen, the transaction will be processed by Create Accounting, but will NOT be transferred to GL.
This means users have to follow up by running concurrent program Transfer Journal Entries to GL (XLAGLTRN).

You expect each run of Create Accounting to create accounting and automatically transfer the data to GL.

How can you prevent users from running Create Accounting and Generating Transactions in Status: Final?
