When attempting to select Inventory Organization in Financials Options window (PO responsibility),
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
No primary key row found for value in ORGANIZATION_CODE


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Created a new Operating unit and new Inventory organization
2. Navigate to  Purchasing Super User -> Setup > Organization > Financial Options
3. Get the message: "No primary key row found for value in ORGANIZATION_CODE"
