Recurring Invoice Program Error: When Using Manual Document Sequence Error is Raised: APP-AR-11526: ORA-01403: No Data Found (Doc ID 1572002.1)

Symptoms

Attempting to run the Recurring Invoice Program (ARXREC) and receive the following error:

APP-AR-11526: ORA-01403: no data found


Noted that the transaction being copied is using a Manual Document Sequence.
When a transaction using a Gapless Sequence is copied, the process completes without errors.
