Symptoms

On : 12.0.6 version, FD Formats

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
when running a sepa SCT get wrong amount "example= 100000.19999999999"


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
should only have 2 decimal CtrlSum amount

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. in payments responsability
2. run the PPR
3. generate the SEPA format to pay suppliers
