Unable to change the receipt amount when created from Cash management.
Create the receipt in Cash Management:
Responsibility: Cash Management User
Navigation: Bank Statements and Reconciliation
Query a Bank Statement, then navigate to Review, Click on Lines and Choose Create, the pick AR Receipts to create a receipt
Responsibility: Receivables Manager
Navigation: Receipts > Receipts
Query up a receipt created from Cash management and attempt to change the amount.
The amount will change but when you move out of the field it reverts back to the original amount.
