How to Add a Custom UOM For Use in Service Contract (Doc ID 1572295.1)

Goal

Find that in Service Contracts, find the seeded Units Of Measure (UOM) not sufficient. the Time UOMs may include: "Year","Quarter","Month", "Week" and "Day".

How does one create additional custom UOMs. e.g. "Half Year",  "Bi-Monthly", etc.?
