Planned Shipments In OTM Not Creating Trips Automatically In EBS (Doc ID 1572540.1)

Symptoms



Send Interface with External System in OTM is created to send the Planned Shipment Transmission to ReceivePSShipmentFromOTM BPEL which is the default out of box composite from Oracle. The SOA composite is completing successfully and pushing the data in Interface tables. In OTM, transmission status is processed but the below error message is shown

"Planned Shipment Message has been interfaced, but Planned Shipment Interface Concurrent Request Submission Failed. Please verify if Shipping Profile options : Default Shipping User for OTM and Default Shipping Responsibility for OTM have been set up."
