After Upgrade In Oracle Sales On Clicking CUSTOMERS Shortcut Page Errors Out

Goal
We have upgraded from 11.10.2 to R12.1.3 and When a user clicks on the Customers link in Oracle Sales page errors out.
Navigation> Sales User Responsibility> Sales Dash Board > CUSTOMERS shortcut.
However When we access customer information via Leads shortcut no error is found
