Benefits Confirmation & Summary Report Showing Arabic Characters (Doc ID 1572653.1)

Symptoms

When generating the Benefits Confirmation & Summary report in Self-Service > Benefits, it is showing arabic characters in date fields.

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Go to responsibility Employee Self-Service and select the Benefits function.
2. Complete an enrollment train and click the Confirmation Statement button on the Confirmation page.
3. Open the generated .pdf file.
