When attempting to navigate to iSupport Administrator -> Request Type Administration ->Request Type and Item/Item Category Mappings -> Mappings icon the following error occurs.
You have encountered anunexpected error. Please contact the System Administrator fo rassistance.

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. iSupport Administrator -> Request Type Administration ->Request Type and Item/Item Category Mappings -> Mappings icon
2. Error appears.
